Refunds
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused conditions.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item with the requested refund, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopthesanctuaryco@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
